I’ve always been a student of life and human behavior:

All my life, I have genuinely only ever wanted to show people that they are beautiful. That they possess something inside them that is truly special, something only they can bring to the world. True kindness for others exists only when we include ourselves in the equation. When we care for ourselves, we have so much more to give to others. And when we give from this place, it is real and makes us feel wonderful. I realized, in my early 30s, after a particularly difficult period, that corporate life was not for me. It was time to take a chance and truly follow my passion. I began my studies in Esthetics, a place where I could be with people and give them my full, undivided attention and love.

What I thought I wanted to do:

As an eternal student, I eventually became certified as a Master Esthetician & Laser Technician, offering IPL photo rejuvenation, electrodessication, laser hair removal, microneedling, light therapies, ultrasound, RF, peels—you name it. I owned and operated my own Medical Esthetics spa in New Brunswick, where I offered a private label brand of medical grade and holistic skin care. I fostered relationships with consulting dermatologists as a resource, and visiting physicians for injectables. I was very happy to offer these services and make my loyal clients happy.

Why I started changing my focus:

Over time, I began to take a more holistic approach to helping people make the changes they desired. I studied Naturopathy and saw how dietary habits, inflammation, lifestyle, and stress impacted the skin. I started working with clients differently, using face-mapping and lifestyle advice to achieve amazing changes in various skin conditions. I incorporated frequency devices like TAMA Metawave, SEQEX PEMF, and Lightwave LED that supported healing and a less inflammatory approach. These quickly became my—and my clients’—favorite treatments.

We decided to move to Portugal:

As with most things in life, situations can change, and what used to feel “light” just doesn’t anymore. My husband and I decided it was time to live our dream and move to Portugal. I closed my business in Canada and sold all of my equipment—except for my favorites, of course! These devices came with me because they are truly amazing, quality medical grade devices.

Why I kept specific devices for my new life:

After many years of employing various devices, I found the true heroes of the skin, body, and mind. I truly believe a holistic approach creates the changes we really desire. In addition to a naturotherapeutic approach and healing touch, I have seen amazing changes with BioElectroMagnetic Energy Therapies. They create not only a lift in the skin but a full-body upgrade and an energetic lift of the spirits along with great results. I’ve repeatedly seen progressive results in my clients that can be maintained with regular maintenance. I brought with me what I want for my own body, mind, and spirit—to age as gracefully as I can and maintain good health. I am finally energized to set up here and dive back into my passion of helping people feel amazing, in addition to my online coaching services.
